Guide To Ordering

Finding your ideal gift:
From the column to the left of this screen, select the type of jewellery you would first like to see & browse the wide range available either by "Product" or by "Collection". Whichever route you choose to use we are sure you will find it easy to navigate your way around our site.

Make your selection:
Once you find something you like, click on the picture of the item for more information and a larger picture of the piece. For an enlarged image of the item click on the "Detailed View" button (Not availiable on some of the products).
If you wish to purchase this item, click the "Add to Basket" button, which stores your choice in the basket. To carry on viewing other items until you're ready to complete your purchase click on the "Continue shopping" button or select a new collection to view from the navigation bar on the left of the screen.
When you are ready to complete your purchase click on the "Basket" button at the top of the screen and check that all the items you wish to purchase are included in the basket then click on the "Checkout" button.

Enter your delivery details:
When you click the "Checkout" button you will enter the shipping details section where you will be asked to fill in your details (name, address etc) to enable us to deliver your order (please make sure if paying by credit card that these are the cardholders details). Finally check your details & click the "Proceed" button.

Complete your purchase:
When you click the "Proceed’" button you will be taken to our checkout page where after you click on the "Proceed to secure server" button you will enter the secure section where you will be able to provide your credit card details in a secure environment. Finally check your details & click the 'Make Payment' button to complete the transaction.

Receiving your order:
All orders are processed and despatched by first class recorded delivery the cost of which is included in the price of the jewellery for orders of £50 and above. For orders of less than £50 a delivery charge of £4.50 will be automatically added to your order.

We will send you an e-mail confirming your order & another when it has been sent out. For further information about delivery please click here.

Please note: If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will e-mail you as soon as we receive your order. You will then have the option of either cancelling the order or being put on a back order system. Usually this will be completed within 3 days, but you will be kept informed as to the progress of the order. You can contact us about your order at any time via email by clicking here.
