Delivery
Delivery Information: We are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Simply choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything. Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. To keep you informed on the progress of your order, we will send you an e-mail when we receive your order, and another when we dispatch your order, confirming the date, contents and method of delivery. NB. The following are included in our definition of the United Kingdom for delivery purposes: England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. Delivery charges: Orders for which, the total value is more than £50, delivery is free of charge. For orders with a value of less than £50, a delivery charge of £4.50 will automatically be added to your order. Delivery method: All orders will be dispatched using the Royal Mail 24 hour recorded delivery service. Availability & how long it will take to despatch you order: We guarantee to dispatch your goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Where possible we will endeavour to despatch your order in less time. However, it is quite possible that others will have the same great sense of fashion as you resulting in ours, or our suppliers stock being reduced to zero. If this happens we will send you an e-mail & offer you three options: 1. You can cancel your order and we will immediately arrange for your credit card to be refunded. 2. We will advise you of the likely time required to get your order in and, subject to your agreement, will dispatch your order as soon as the item arrives. 3. We will suggest an available alternative item displayed on our site and reserve the item for 48 hours whilst you decide if you would like to purchase this item instead. Once you decide which option you would like to accept you will be asked to tell us by e-mail. And, on receipt, we will complete and confirm our action back to you.
